Starting in June 2011 the Capitol Polo Club is bringing back a great tradition to the Washington DC Area social and sporting communities. Every Sunday from June through October the Capitol Polo Club will host Sunday afternoon polo matches for the public. Sunday afternoon polo is a great social tradition in many great communities around the world and now the Washington DC Metro community will have the ability to enjoy the great sport of polo within 30 minutes of the Capitol in close in Montgomery County, MD.

In the inaugural year of Capitol Polo Sundays we will have free admission and tailgating or box seating and club house admission can be purchased at the gate or through the Capitol Polo Club website . Bring out a picnic for your tailgate or purchase your box lunch/food/refreshments at our authorized on-site concessions.

Each Sunday Capitol Polo Sundays will present an exciting polo match between local and visiting teams. There will always be plenty of club members around to explain the rules and tactics of this exciting game.

As part of Capitol Polo Sunday we will be hosting select Corporate Social functions so if your corporation is interested in hosting a party for clients or employees please contact us and we will work with you to create an event that will be enjoyed by all.
